At the intersection of 96th Street and Broadway sits designer Thomas Juul-Hansen’s latest condominium project with its impressive limestone facade, celebrating the iconic architecture of the Upper West Side. The building is home to 131 one-to-five bedroom luxury residential units fitted out in Juul-Hansen’s signature classic-meets-contemporary style. Claybrook’s marble countertop basins in hand-carved Calacatta marble add an air of decadence to the urban guest bathrooms.
